Camera

The Kompakt has one camera, on the back.

Front camera​

Some apps, such as some banking and ID-check apps, refuse to continue on a phone without a front camera.

  • KompaktOS offers the rear camera as the front camera too, so these apps carry on.
  • When one asks for a selfie, turn the phone round and point the back camera at yourself.
  • The camera app's switch button works too: it swaps between Back and Front, which is the same camera.
